Does it really show that? I don't see anything except a guy with his hands in the air.
Anyway, you still miss the point that a police officer can't just shoot someone with no gun. Reaching into a window doesn't equal pointing a gun at officers.
here....why not brush up a little on the legal definition of the use of deadly force in law enforcement situations:
-------------Deadly force is generally defined as physical force which, under the circumstances in which it is used, is readily capable of causing death or serious physical injury. In order for deadly force to be justified there must be an immediate, otherwise unavoidable threat of death or grave bodily harm to yourself or other innocents. Deadly force is that force which could reasonably be expected to cause death or grave bodily harm.----------------
A tased guy laying on the ground is an unavoidable threat of grave bodily harm? This looks like another case of scared little boys (and a girl) trying to do a man's job and failing miserably, at the expense of someone's life. Police work is a man's job and there's not many of us who could do it. Part of that job is creating a positive outcome in situations where loss of life is not necessary.
