Disobeying the cops should not be a death sentence. Where else does that even make sense?
Disobey your boss on the factory line by doing something unsafe that could hurt someone? Quick, execute him! Get into a vicious fist fight on the playground at school...quick teacher...shoot that kid! Get drunk and beligerent at a bar...quick bouncers. ..shoot him before he hurts you. Nurse dealing with a dementia patient that kicks her in the throat and threatens to kill her. Quick nurse, execute that man before he hurts someone else!
These cops are just cowards that think they're cowboys.
