5:30am: Wake up
6 am: Breakfast. Two eggs plus some veggies.
6:15 am: Half hour run. (This morning I extended my run!)
7 am: shoot hoops for half an hour.
7:30 am: return home, ensue my kid has a ride to school.
7:45 am - 8am: start work out.
8:45 am: Shower
9 am: Start work.
I do the same on the weekends although I'll wake up an hour later, and instead of starting work I'll go for a bike ride.
