Police officers have dozens of interactions a day and most of them go smoothly. Yet every day they get hit, punched, kicked, smacked, bit, hair pulled, and spit on. Is is sad, tragic, and horrible this man died? Of course it is. But if he wasn't strung out on drugs and listened to police officers, he would surely be alive today.

Where in the reports does it say the police had any justification to shoot the victim?
