If a studio should elect to classify its models as employees then they could train them.
This just feels like a good place to plug YNOT Cam, which is designed with the independent cam models in mind.

of course lots of models don't take their work seriously, and they're probably missing out on a lot of money as a result. But there are definitely models who are smart, engaged and looking for ways to master their craft.
