Hi there.
I'm looking for affiliate tracking software, where sales representative can set personal rates for each affiliate under him.

Example - base rate is $35 pay per signup.
Sales rep set following rates for affiliates under him - affiliate #1 rate - $25pps, affiliate #2 rate - $30pps and so on.
The difference between the base rate and the personal rate goes into the sales rep pocket.

Any suggestions?
