Do you realize any crazy abusive cunt who lives with you regardless of the arrangement can simply make up a false allegation or just say "I am in fear for my safety" and you will be legally required to move out? Then the only way to get her out will be to evict her and that can take months. Never entangle your life with one of these abusive psycho modern American females unless there is a really good reason.
I suggest not kicking her out but to develop some really disgusting personal habitats like smoking cigs, not showering, leaving the door open when you piss so she can hear it, being a general slob, and listening to Slayer, etc. Plus ALWAYS be home so she has no privacy. She should move out within a month.
