Again, though, you have to ask. What kind of people live in residential hotels? Also, what kind of person do you expect when you have rules like this. To me, and I consider myself a pretty normal person, it seems crazy that someone would tell you that you can't have friends over to the place where you live.
It seems to me when you have these kinds of, what I consider, strange rules, you are going to attract strange people.
