BELLEVUE, Ohio - A woman accused of assaulting a McDonald's employee for working too slowly has been sent to prison for violating probation for a previous offense. Mary Jordan, 33, of Sandusky, Ohio, was on probation after serving a 20-month prison term received in March 2014 for two counts of complicity to commit forgery when she was arrested in connection with the June 8 McDonald's assault. Jordan smiled widely in her police mugshot and was charged with one misdemeanor count each of assault and child endangerment in the Bellevue incident. She was sentenced Aug. 26 to seven months in prison for violating terms of her probation in the 2014 case.
