Two of these were follow-ups about stuff that's been broken to one degree or another for more than a year, including one that's more than fourteen months old. To date, no response except the automailer letting me know my requests were received. First thing I did this morning (Thursday again, week gone by) I pinged the affiliate manager and the marketing director to ask what my expectations should be about a response time on those questions. You guessed it: I got no response today.
It took four emails (September 1, September 6, September 14, September 26) to get a response about my broken links. And the response from the affiliate manager is "I wish I was able to expidite your requests, but our marketing and IT objectives are set by Peter Acworth who ultimately has say over resource allocation and projects across departments in this building."

Yeah, there's no affiliate program left there. I'm sure they're still happy to track new links and pay out for sales, but supporting a fourteen-year installed base of promotional links? No, they don't do that any more.
