This is not True.. after WW2 Jews which are white for the most part were put in the desert and given money. They became one of the dominate forces in the area.
Liberia was also a country pretty much created from nothing for ex-black slaves. It was given a chance to succeed and create a democracy but instead it's always been riddled with corruption and no different than any other African nation.
Also the ironic thing, when given their own country they turned around and mistreated the natives and excluded them from govt because the ex slaves felt they were superior to the bush natives...
