I'm not sure I get it... can you explain it in different terms? Given that ObamaCare website cost $2B+, doesn't it mean that people that Obama hired and changes he made specifically to combat government waste failed miserably? Did you make a mistake by including these fuck ups in a list of his positive contributions?
