Hello. Longtime lurker, just joined. I've promoted other people's paysites with blogs / TGP on and off for years, but I always wanted to run a paysite of my own. I have a background in photography, so I've started shooting content in an underserved fetish niche: mostly softcore and girl/girl.

So far I've found models by word of mouth and my local kink/fetish scene. I think I pay well and keep a fun, safe, professional environment - finding kinky women in their mid-20s to early 30s hasn't been a problem, but I'd like to have some teens in the mix.

Heard a rumor that a major Australian site recruits at backpacker hostels. Don't know if that's true but it sounds like it might work.

Craigslist seems shoddy and I have the impression that mainstream modelling agencies are not real friendly to kink and porn. But maybe that's wrong.

I've recently relocated to Germany for unrelated reasons so I'm having to make new contacts and re-establish my reputation here.

Prostitution is legal in Germany. I tried approaching some working girls, but it was a dead end.
