Well he'll save 11.2 billion + right off the bat by eliminating the IRS.
I'm sure those guys won't be voting for him.. He can shave off 110 billion by eliminating what Bill Clinton calls "the craziest thing in the World" Obamacare. We spend 66 billion on US Highways so there's some Obamachange left over to make them twice as nice.
