Twitter is very popular for adult, but so is Tumblr. I would also check out reddit and 4chan for more "targeted" free adult traffic. IG is more for branding but it won't get you many clicks to wordpress. Most people wouldn't think of those sites, but if you don't want to pay for adult traffic these are your best bets
