That right there is the most scathing of insults, but also (amusingly enough) probably the most arguable point of the bunch.
People have to remember, Trump is used to being the top dog in the boardroom, the guy whose voice shuts down all others (or else "they're fired"). To expect he'd be any different as President is beyond naive.
