say if you order a domain name, "wheelchairs.com"... and in google you type in "wheelchairs".. and say you get 50k results or something... will those sites with the word "wheelchairs" help out the rank of the site at all? i'm a SE newb so i had to ask.

i have a domain name to my amazement hasn't been registered, and the word itself is listed only about 800 times in google. was just wondering though. thanks.
