I don't push ad networks so i can't tell you how they work in regards to what you just wrote but I will say this:
Ad networks care only about making money - as do most people online - and will do anything they can GET AWAY WITH. It will have to be up to you to monitor everything on your site and decide if it's worth the hassle or the risk to your google traffic.

Thanks for the info. I do think google can "read" banners without problem but yes probably the link(s) behind are the ones that create the problem(s). Most adnetworks run themselves this kind of banners and have a rotation of links behind it. With some solution its probably easy to detect (as google does) but what adnetwork takes care about this?

It give your wings One guy drinks for 5 years Redbull and still donīt have wings. Who is going to be suit ? Me because he clicked on my Banner or the company Redbull ?
