What is odd though is up until Trump, the far right radicals ad the Christian right were sort of one and the same. They both ushered in the Tea Party and really appeared to be one ad the same. However Trump split them in two with the Relgious ones still supporting Cruz and the other supporting Trump.
I really think it's hard to say Trump is all of the crazy of the Republican party, he is just 1/3 of it IMHO. Get one of the crazy religious guys inn his place and it's a whole different level of crazy..
The truly sad part is the neocon or the old Republican guard actually seem like the sane ones..

The religious ones had taken control. The only non religious nut on the Republican stage was Trump.
