Lol... I am 45 minutes in now, and so far Trump is completely burying Clinton. Maybe it will go the other way in the other half.
Anyway, about Hillary laughing: It's her strategy. She's constantly fake smiling and fake laughing to give out a message of 'don't take him seriously'. She did it in the first debate as well, and it was and still is pretty painful to watch. It's pathetic.
If you actually believe those fake laughs are real, you have zero judge of human nature. Not able to spot someone fake laughing, especially if it's an obvious strategy like she does, shows a lack of knowledge and experience in social behavior.
