Tumblr allow adult content, but you can not upload porn videos there and put adult ads on this site. They will ban you sooner or later if you do that. Most of subreddits allow now only particular video sites, but you can still post a picture and post your site as the source in the comments. There are many other ways, be creative and do not spam.
