I agree with this. But i also understand
There is scammers out there on both side Client or seller . s
Sometimes some freelancer required a full upfront payment for a software because they installed it on your server etc... I get this part .
But what left us if we prepaid the " product " if something go wrong during the process? not much we're fucked pretty much lol.
OR what left to the freelancer when he get ripped off by a shady client who dont make the payment in Full afterward.
