, my main question is to anyone who has experience in shooting porn, when you are looking to hire talent for a shoot from say backpage,sexyjobs, etc how do you approach them about work? When it comes to money are you offering a certain amount? Do you ask them their rates(feel like this is where you could get ripped off a bit)?
Are there somewhat "going rates" in the industry? Honestly was thinking about going the fetish route and choosing a niche, but that's where I get stuck, Do you approach them and say hey I'll give you $*, **, ***, ****, etc to stomp on a cake for a foot fetish venue

I would be starting off with lower end or more amateur models. Not looking to shoot a lexi belle right off :P
And I do have experience, I'm currently a film major in college and about to graduate and I was thinking about working in the business (behind the scenes) as cameraman, editor, etc. I also have made a lot of friends who would be willing to work cheap. Especially because I already have camera, lighting, sound, editing software, etc
