I think on many things he has been specific, others he has not. But one of his strengths is finding the right person for the job. Clinton repays political favors with government jobs, regardless of the persons qualifications. Trump has said on many issues he would find the most qualified people and then listen to their advice. I am not sure how anyone can find fault with this approach. You probably will but that is just your bias.

if you really believe he can make Apple for example relocate their production to the US and then tax all other smartphone manufacturer to match the $2000 the iPhone will then cost, you cannot be helped. Apple would be bankrupt within a year - cause they will not sell one single phone outside the US anymore.
