No, that's a very different thing. In those posts I was talking about things that are officially forbidden but not enforced. Like smoking in the office, taxi service w/o a license, making money on house renting and avoiding taxes for that etc. I do believe all those things are forbidden in most of other countries too (including yours), but they are really not enforced here.

Dubai is also no that strict place as you may think. It has a double-standard law system which says: things that are allowed to foreigns are not allowed to locals.
