It's just another bullshit which says: if you have more than some thousands of visitors on your blog per a month, you have to register your site as a news media. The questions are: how would you know how many visitors I have? What will you do if I tell you "fuck off"? What will you do to me? Send me to a jail? No, because it's not a crime. Fine me? No again, because it's not a crime. Now I'll tell you what does it mean. When you register your blog as a news media (it's a free procedure), you will get ALL the possibilities which were available to the official news media only. E.f. you will be able to visit the places "for media only". You will be able to start instigation procedures. You'll be protected by the law as a journalist etc... For example, if someone will break your camera or microphone, it's just a property damage. If someone do it when you are registered as a news media, the same damage will be considered as an obstruction of journalists, which is a serious crime that leads to a jail time.
