When I request that, instead they attempt to sell me an upgrade
"Unfortunately I cannot do that, but if you were to purchase a new VPS, we can transfer your content from one VPS to the other. This will update the software and hardware for your VPS. However, I cannot simply move the VPS, I do apologize."
