I then emailed her within another 5 mins. Then confirmed i did this here 5 mins later.

She has NOT responded to my email either. NOT even an acknowledgement !

STILL NOTHING FROM SUPPORT REGARDING MY PROOF OF ADDRESS DOCUMENTS. I SENT THOSE TO PAXUM FIRST THING THEIR TIME LAST FRIDAY !

Please do not sit here and tell me that RUTH is the best. She swans in and out of here, does not reply to client emails, and does not address client issues in a timely manner whatsoever. Oh unless it does not inconvenience her too much and the answers are right at end !
