I am a trump supporter and I wanted him to do well tonight, but he didn't. He had moments where he did well, but every time he had the chance to bury her he missed. The part he fucked up the most on was the concession. Why couldnt he say that he would support the fair decision of the American people and leave it at that. To me he sounded way out in left field and would not accept anything other than victory. It's not the way it works.
I would have like to have seen him tie together the emails/clinton foundation/quid pro quo so people could understand how clinton is a criminal. I think this is the strongest argument why she should not be president. Point out that while she was suppose to be SoS she let 4 people die so she could extort money from her position.
He could have plainly said "Clinton says I encourage violence at my rallies, but operatives from her campaign were sent to my rallies to instigate violence". He mentioned tapes, but it was not very clear to me what his point was, even though I knew about the footage already.
Lastly, I wish he would have looked into the camera at the end when he had the last say, and talked to the American people. He should have said "if you are happy with the path america is heading, vote for Hilary, she is offering more of the same. If you think our foreign policy is right, immigration policy, trade policy, government health care, attack on the constitution, appointing of radical judges, tax policy, economy, jobs, crime and race relations are where they need to be in 2016, vote for hilary. If you want real change from someone that does not owe his presidency to big cash donors and political favors, someone that owes his presidency to the people of the USA, please vote for donald trump. I will make you glad you did."
and to add, I wish he would have tried to connect with the tv audience at the end. to me he seemed like a bitter old man
