And if you saw me say she's the best it means you also saw a bunch of others say the same, mixed with others who are pissed off I gotta give you that.
But don't take it on me I am not Paxum, I just always had a good experience with Ruth that's all.
I also read a lot about people complaining about their support, I do agree that their phone support is shitty and useless, but may be I was lucky but every time I opened a ticket it was answered under 24hrs and every time I submitted documents their were approved fast.
Again I never faced a big issue with them like a card lost in the mail or a lost wire or a document not being approved for a long period a time.... If you are not happy with Ruth just hit up Chris.

Chris got in touch with me a few days back and Ruth is also now replying in a timely fashion to emails. So a big improvement, at least for now.
Card is now printing so hopefully i will get this one and before end next of month.
