Exactly. For example, the government controlled media in Russia have a list of forbidden persons who they are not allowed to show or white about. As one popular journalist said: "I want to interview
Navalny", but I can't do that, because I'm not allowed to invite him at "Channel One", which shows my show. The press secretary of Putin has also said somehow what Putin can't pronounce Navalny's name, because he (Navalny) will literally suck out his "popularity" and
that's not a joke. It's really hard to find something which doesn't make Putin scare in the modern Russia.
