Morons who keep pit bulls and allow it anywhere near children, should be locked up.
Also after seeing a picture of the child, what is scary about that? It would get more sympathy than frighten anyone. As for the gullibility of Americans, well that's well known. Hence the reaction of said morons attacking the KFC involved.
