Your roasted pumpkin seed tips.
I have just roasted 2 batches of pumpkin seeds.
I dried them (forgot the oil) on greaseproof paper for about 20 minutes then added some oil and did about another 7 minutes.
I then shook them in a sieve with some olive oil. I did half in cinnamon and brown sugar and the other half in olive oil and salt.
I then put them in the oven for another 20 minutes.
They taste ok but the sweet ones are not sweet enough really and they are a bit chewy.
Don't have much experience with them so I have no idea if that's what they should be like.
