WP: They don't allow adult (wordpress.com that is), but you can get away with non-nude content.
Blogger: They probably will continue to allow it so long as you make sure to flag your blog as NSFW.
I have automated postings although its through plugins. I'm not a fan of using plugins as its a central point of failure that the publishing platform could use to track multiple blogs.
