Drugs didn't create poor (or no) parenting in poor black households. That's the product of welfare and the breakdown of families/the family unit/2 parent households.
Further, crack, heroin, methamphetamine etc come at a HUGE cost to society and legalized or not has nothing to do with their impact and cost on EVERYONE.
Crack did not sweep through inner cities because it was illegal... it happened because it is highly addictive and cheap and readily available. You know, the thing you think is way it should be. Heroin is not making a comeback in modern times because its illegal. It's a very cheap and very powerful high and it destroys people and we all shoulder the cost.
Any jerkoff that thinks highly addictive drugs which destroys lives, families and children and which tear at the very fabric of society should be legalized is a total fucking moron.
It should be extremely obvious to even the dumbest of idiots on this board why most narcotics are illegal in every country on the planet.
