Add on top of that the competition and you definitely have brand recognition; i.e. not getting traffic from a tube because those tubes are gonna steal some sales with the cookie.
I promoted them (though not too hard) and i fukin love their white labels. But none converted

In my opinion some good volume is necessary at the beginning to start off. But once they're converted, they're in for a while.. IF indeed you have a well established brand and/or niche. If not, retaining them will be very hard as there will be no reason for them not to use the mother brand. A true femdom fan is gonna prefer a whitelabel that was built around that niche, from design, to custom model base on landing page and even the blog!
To answer your question, yes some have a rather large network of blogs within the niche, but not all. At the end of the day I can only say two words when it comes to cams: brand it and niche it.
Words are just words though, I wish it was as easy as writing this post
