Trump has a class action Federal trial starting November 28 for scamming tens of thousands of citizens for tens of millions of dollars. It's taken 6 1\2 years for it to get to trial because his attorneys have used every delay possible because he has a weak case.

Trump has a Federal rape case hearing in December for raping a 13 year old girl years ago.

Trump has a Federal RICO ( Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations ) trial starting after the class action trial ends. Its another weak case where there's a massive document cache proving he knew people were being ripped off and instructed employees on how to avoid & delay law enforcement.

While Clinton made a mistake with the email server, Trump has a history, and Federal trials focussed on, him fucking over everyday hard working people. Not to mention the Federal antitrust lawsuit he lost and had to pay out $750k to stay out of jail, and losing his black discrimination suits for his properties.
