When has he said that?
He wants controlled migration.
Are you in favor of millions of Africans crossing the Med and coming to Spain?
Then paying more in tax so the Government can look after them.
If migrants contributed the red line would have stayed above the blue one. All anyone wants is to control migration so only those who can support themselves and their family are allowed in. Exceptions for skills like teachers, nurses and doctors.
It would eliminate the EU migrants claiming in work benefits.
