But that is just it. These emails seem to have nothing to do with Clinton.
This is just beyond ridiculous at this point. We know it is not illegal to send classified email via private server. It just isn't. It's also not illegal to discuss classified information on an open phone line or in a hotel room. There is just no law that says it's illegal.
If this was so important to national security... Why aren't we investigating other former (read: Republican) Secretaries of State? In fact, we should make all of those emails public too. And I am so not kidding here: We need to go much further and investigate anyone in Congress, Republican, Democrat, and otherwise, who had a similar set up.
