OK skippy, thanks for clearing it out that it was a "google bomb" ;). I agree its no serious biggie .. this spammer has been doing it for quite some time though. Still he's there, alive and kicking, so breaking the google rules doesn't seem like a big concern in this case either.
Checked up on him some month back, then he was cloaking etc. Still he's there. Google needs to get working on some cheat detection software =).
