Why do people look the other way when a 'black rapper' steals another man's work and gets famous for it?

Rap Music = Affirmative Action for musicians.

That's all it is. People with NO TALENT and only know how to talk, use rap as a way to get attention.

While the rest of the world looks at him and thinks... "Awe, the poor black man with no talent, let's go easy on him, cause he can't sing or write his own songs... but he's black so give him a break."
