As someone else put it:
"They went through 650k emails in 8 days. That's one email per second - highly plausible."
It looks to me like they were pressured to give her the all clear so that she would be free of that and they will wait until the election is over before they continue, if they will continue to investigate her which is highly unlikely if she gets into office.
