It looks to me like they were pressured to give her the all clear so that she would be free of that and they will wait until the election is over before they continue, if they will continue to investigate her which is highly unlikely if she gets into office.

I would guess it's not difficult at all. A little bit of sorting and then comparing meta data and it should be an easy task.
Sort the emails by date to locate the ones sent while Clinton was Secretary of State. Take those and see which ones were sent from Secretary of State Clinton. Then compare those to the emails they have already looked over. If there are any from that date range that was sent from Clinton they can review them for classified information.
They had one hundred officers involved in the original case reviewing emails, so it doesn't sound unresonable at all that they would be able to sort through the information quickly.
