Not sure if I understand the "loyalty" bit... But we have ( streaming videos, not memebrships) and it states PLAINLY: buy 4 get 5th one free (must enter a code) and only about 1/2 take advantage... The rest pay 20 bucks extra for the 5th vid.... go figure
