When processing you have failures and you have success transactions. Failures out weigh success by about 3:1. That means, every 4 transactions has 1 success. You said $800 is your transaction fees meaning you have 800 transactions at 25 cents each... your words.

Average transaction is maybe, maybe $30 if you are lucky. 30 X 800 does not equal 250K. And you are saying 250K is your cascade biller...
