I agree with this mostly. Although I think this is Trump's chance via his actions and appointments to telegraph that things will be ok. Not sure they will be, but it would be pretty easy for him to telegraph what he might do.
I think his Obamacare stance has been thoughtful so far. I am not sure it will last, but is shows some interesting sides of him. My biggest concern is when he does go off the rails on twitter, Pence's influence and his ability to not get sucked in to policies written by the uber conservative think tanks. I think this is where HRC experience would help, he is way to busy to read and comprehend what he is probably signing off on.
