My Jeep is a 2012 and has all of that.
I am not into leasing and I doubt I will be a new car ever again. My Jeep Grand Cherokee sold for $40k brand new. I bought it used in 2014 with 20k miles on it for less than half that price.
Look at Craigslist.... You can find some great cars for dirt cheap. As for the bells and whistles, well, that's all electronics. My Jeep came with a crappy regular stereo, and for $400 I got a Kenwood with GPS, cameras, DVD, streaming everything via cell phone. I recently discovered my GPS has been pinging our home wifi to update itself, which was a total surprise to me.
