Hillary was/is corrupt, naturally that trickles down. Trump wants to eradicate government corruption and that will trickle down as well.
I don't know who he is keeping and who he is eliminating... but honestly, you all don't have a god damn clue either. Reince Preibus was by his side mostly during all the ups and downs and has been rewarded for that. Paul Ryan was a pussy foot trader and will be punished for that.
The selection of the new inner workings will be made with the highest of due diligence by people closest to trump.
