Which I think is a bad thing for reason during litigation you just cannot give full attention to your task of leading a nation --- whatever your policy prerogatives are. The idea of VP Pence filling in is a scary thought. Kind of like letting Darth Vader run the Empire.

Trump has delayed this trial for 6 years now, it's the oldest trial on Curiels docket.
I wish the RICO trial was criminal. Curiel is in charge of that trial as well and said he'll schedule it as soon as the class action is complete.
