Do you seriously not know this talking point? He's been saying it since day 1...
He wants other countries to PAY.. not pay more... pay in general. He used Japan as an example of a country who has been contributing NOTHING to NATO yet still receives the benefits.
Asking... demanding countries pay what they owe is not asking too much. Not asking/demanding it is what pussies do.. i.e. Obama
